I have one hope that just because the main players are wizards and healers that they will fall in love and settle down with a partner.
In the old world priests were not allowed to get married and have a family on their own.
Now it is a new beginning lets live the old bed habits behind.

Good read, and hard to put down once you start. I enjoyed the story and will have to wait for the next installment. Thanks
I started reading this series while waiting his "Titan" series. An excellent story and this one is also as addictive as the Titans or as Fallen Angels.
I actually like this series. It mixes fantasy with modern day for a really good read. cant wait for the next one to come out and see how the main character handles the next "Bad Guy"... -)
The world is good, some of the characters are good, most are fine, but the main character, from about 50% on, seems to develop Alzheimer's, as every description of him has him falling apart mentally in some way. The repetition and inconsistency inherent in that just pulls you out of the story.
Excellent continuation of the tale. Thoroughly enjoyed this well written tale of a wizard, dragons, wraiths, and other beings interacting in the worst of ways. Must say one of the better authors on with a great story to tell. Try the first book, The Dragons Return, and work your way to here.
